We understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.

100% charge for no show bookings on the day.

We will allow up to 15 mins for late arrival, if you arrive later than 15 mins either your treatment may be cut short or cancelled and a charge may occur.
